So, it’s getting close to summer and everyone is trying to find the latest health fad to help them keep the weight down and endless trips to the gym to prepare the ‘holiday bod’.
If you’re a protein enthusiast or beauty enthusiast, lactose intolerant or vegetarian you’ll love today’s piece!
Today’s blog post is a brand collaboration with UFIT Drinks, which is a brand that specialises in all things protein! They aim to produce products that contain adequate amounts of protein to keep your energy levels up whilst also keeping it healthy. They make products that help those who are on-the-go and need a quick, healthy alternative to grab.
I got a lovely package waiting for me when I got home from work and opened it to find four full-sized protein drinks!
They were also pocket-size, which is great for those who want to carry it around and have a quick pick-me-up when you have a busy day ahead.
The first drink I tried was the UFIT High Protein Health Drink Shake in the flavour Iced Latte and it tasted absolutely amazing!
The drink is made of milk protein and contains 22g of protein and has 3.2g fibre, vitamins and minerals added for maximum health benefits. You can get them in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and iced latte flavours.
UFIT also included the Collagen + Beauty Milk Protein Drink in strawberry flavour, which is a unique protein drink that contains 5000mg of collagen and is enriched with vitamins, antioxidants from green tea extracts and proteins that help to combat hunger. The drink contains hydrolysed collagen, which helps to improve skin elasticity and the hydration of the skin. The protein helps in the growth and repair of the body. Antioxidants help to remove toxins from the body and the vitamins and minerals help to support the body’s immune system. The drink is also suitable for vegetarians!
The final product is the UFIT High Protein Health Drink Shake in lactose-free vanilla flavour. This is great for those who are lactose-intolerant and still want to get enough protein in their diet. It is a drink that still offers the same benefits as having a dairy-based protein shake, but won’t cause the side effects of consuming lactose to those who are intolerant to it. The shake is low in fat and contains no added sugar, and is a great product to pop into your bag and can be consumed at any time of the day to give you a boost of protein to help control food cravings.
I hope you enjoyed today’s post on the protein drinks and if this post interested you, go and check them out on their UFIT website to try out their drinks for yourself! You can also find their drinks in big UK stores, such as ASDA, Ocado, Tesco, One Stop, Holland & Barrett, Superdrug and many more!
