Three DIY Romantic Gift Ideas | Printiki Review

I always love to make Tom a little something to let him know I’m always thinking of him. Today, I wanted to share how to get creative, and give the gift of thoughtfulness to your significant other.

Let’s be honest, nothing says ‘love’ more than your loved one putting in a load of effort in a gift from the heart. I know that I’m a soppy mess when my boyfriend writes me a ‘50 Reasons Why I Love You‘ list.

What Is This Creative Idea?

I always believe in capturing moments with Tom, as they are memories I can look back on for a lifetime. This is why I’m bringing a little creative project to the table. I love printing out photos, because looking back at them brings back memories of a time and date, or place. I decided to use Printiki to print my photos in a old-school polaroid form. You can add different borders and filters to the photos and style them to your taste!

Making a memo board full of happy memories can bring happy vibes to your own little space. I decided to buy this wire memo board from Amazon and attach some of my polaroids and motivation cards from Got2Jot. I got a few cute little illustrations from Pastel Elixir. Little positive reminders that someone can walk past everyday can boost their mood instantly!

Hearty Collage

Wake the special person up in your life to a heart-shaped collage of photos with little captions that only you two will understand! It’ll be like your own secret code messages about each moment that happened in each photo.

Scrapbooking Never Gets Old!

Scrapbooks are amazing to add to with the number of pages that there are. So, you can fill each page with sweet messages to bring a smile to your other half’s face.

That memo board is lovely! I bought a scrapbook a few years ago and started filling that up with photos to create a present for my boyfriend but didn’t have time to finish it… I still have it packed away waiting to be finished… I should really finish that! They are lovely to look through 🙂
