UFIT Protein Drinks Review – Vegetarian & Lactose-Intolerant Friendly?

So, it’s getting close to summerEveryone is trying to find the latest health fad to help them keep the weight down, and endless trips to the gym to prepare the ‘holiday bod’If you’re a protein enthusiast or beauty enthusiast, lactose intolerant or vegetarian you’ll love today’s piece on UFIT!

Who Are UFIT?

Today’s blog post is a brand collaboration with UFIT Drinks. This is a brand that specialises in all things protein! They aim to produce products that contain adequate amounts of protein to keep your energy levels up, whilst also keeping it healthy. The products are great for those who are on-the-go and need a quick, healthy alternative to grab.

I got a lovely package waiting for me when I got home from work. And, I opened it to find four full-sized protein drinks!

They were also pocket-size. It’s great for a quick pick-me-up when you have a busy day ahead.

UFIT High Protein Health Drink Shake – Iced Latte

The first drink I tried was the UFIT High Protein Health Drink Shake in the flavour Iced Latte. It tasted absolutely amazing and just like a normal iced coffee but with added health benefits.

The drink is made of milk protein. It contains 22g of protein and has 3.2g fibre, vitamins and minerals added for maximum health benefits. You can get them in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and iced latte flavours.

Collagen + Beauty Milk Protein Drink

UFIT also included the Collagen + Beauty Milk Protein Drink in strawberry flavour. It’s a unique protein drink that contains 5000mg of collagen. The drink is also enriched with vitamins, antioxidants from green tea extracts and proteins that help to combat hunger. Furthermore, the hydrolysed collagen helps to improve skin elasticity and the hydration of the skin. The protein helps in the growth and repair of the body. Antioxidants help to remove toxins from the body. The vitamins and minerals help to support the body’s immune system. The drink is also suitable for vegetarians!

UFIT High Protein Health Drink Shake – Lactose-Free Vanilla Flavour

The final product is the UFIT High Protein Health Drink Shake in lactose-free vanilla flavour. This is great for those who are lactose-intolerant, and still want to get enough protein in their diet. It is a drink that still offers the same benefits as having a dairy-based protein shake. But, it won’t cause the side effects of consuming lactose to those who are intolerant to it. The shake is low in fat and contains no added sugar. It’s a great product to pop into your bag. It can be consumed at any time of the day to give you a boost of protein to help control food cravings.
